We are experiencing profound workplace change not seen in decades, driven by remote work, shifting generational values and a series of simultaneous global crises. Employees are reexamining the relationship they have with work and experts are calling this The 4th Paradigm of Work. The first three paradigms included the Industrial Revolution in the mid-1800’s, women entering the workplace during and after WW II, and the advent of the World Wide Web in the 1990’s. This presentation explores the changing dynamic of the workplace post-2020 and how leaders managers can navigate this new landscape.
