It is hard to identify one thing that has caused ‘the great resignation’. It is likely several factors, many related to COVID. In this session, we will focus on how to build a more resilient culture by creating a more sustainable work environment. We will discuss key points on how to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensure performance is at its peak, identify “ideal team player” competencies, manage wellness and life-balance issues, increase workplace flexibility and nimbleness, and most of all, how to ensure in-person and remote communications support and promote a positive work environment.
