Dolphin Encounters
Board a shallow draft bay boat as we search Kiawah Island’s inlets, creeks, and marshes for Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins. Cruise down river to Captain Sam’s Inlet and witness these intelligent marine creatures in their natural environment. As a year-round resident in the Kiawah River, inshore coastal dolphins have evolved to thrive in the high salinity marshes of the Lowcountry. Don’t miss this opportunity to get up-close and personal with South Carolina’s only inshore marine mammal.
