Measuring Performance: Hands On BARS Activity (CONT)
The BARS (behaviorally anchored rating scale) is a scale that assesses performance based on well-defined behavioral patterns. These patterns are used to rate everyone being measured. BARS are easy to use, and have clearly defined behavioral indicators, which enables consistent evaluation across trainees. Trainers and supervisors can conduct the evaluation process and employees can easily understand and accept outcomes. A behaviorally anchored rating scale is an essential component of any training program. Each table group will have a LOTO scenario and a BAR to evaluate trainee performance.

With the looming potential SEC disclosure regulations, ESG data readiness is challenging and complicated and gaining more scrutiny. This panel will update the attendees on the current state-of-play and developments in ESG regulation over the last year. General Session: ESG Part 2: Understanding Carbon Intensity
Building upon the understanding of the first ESG Panel, this panel will focus on the pragmatic implementation issues with preparing GHG Inventories, carbon intensity, product carbon footprints, and life cycle analysis. This will include drivers of the carbon intensity for certain feedstocks, processes, and products as well as for your supply chains.
