The well-known Mountain and Lake courses at Wasatch Mountain State Park are consistently ranked among the most popular and scenic in Utah. Nationally, Golf This year’s golf outing will be held on the Broadmoor’s East Course, known for its wide, tree-lined fairways and expansive greens. With its challenging terrain and amazing mountain vistas, the East Course is ranked among the best golf courses in the country.
Hikers have two options on this scenic hike. On the beginner’s hike, hikers are dropped off at the top of the falls and hike one way down through Inspiration Point, Midnight Falls and then down the trail to 234 steps to the base. The intermediate hike includes going up 234 stairs leading to Midnight Falls then returning on the same trail back finishing with the 234 steps down.
The Foothills/Garden of the Gods Tour highlights Colorado Springs’ most well- known landmarks. The Jeep guides, unique Colorado history and amazing scenery will provide guests an adventure they’ll never forget! Tours head out of town via North Cheyenne Canyon and into the foothills of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Stops include: Helen Hunt Falls, the Short line Railroad grade, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. The tour ends with a drive through Garden of the Gods. This city park is registered as a National Historic Landmark and its spectacular red rock formations will keep guests in awe!
What better way to experience one of nature’s greatest treasures than by Segway! Unobstructed views and a mellow pace will ensure that your visit to this beautiful city park is memorable. Along the way, guides will make several short stops to point out red tail hawks, eagle’s nests, ancient rock formations, exotic plants and wild life. They will speak a little about the history of the park and Colorado Springs, and tell tales and true stories of the old west.
