IPC20 will be held in New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Marriott will be the headquarters for the AFPM functions. The Sheraton New Orleans and the JW Marriott New Orleans, both across Canal Street from the Marriott, will also participate in the group housing block and offer meeting space and suites for affiliate functions. Announcements Hotels Affiliate Resources

The application has been released for affiliate space at the 2020 IPC. The application, as well as all other materials, can be found on the resources tab. The priority deadline is September 20th. Submit your application ASAP to have the best chance at securing your preferred space.

Please note, hotels will NOT remove bedroom furniture from the suites or connecting rooms.

Space assignments will begin after the priority deadline. All assignments received by the priority deadline will be assigned by October 18th.
