AFPM members have a strong sense of social responsibility. They believe in making a difference in their communities right now as well as in the future and do so through many social and educational initiatives. This page is dedicated to providing links to our members educational and community outreach programs. These include math and science programs for students and teachers, internships and numerous charitable organizations. An important element of AFPM education is to provide materials to understand and communicate the industry’s story. Better public understanding of what we do and how we do it is vital to the long-term health of our business. Americans View of Our Industry provides an overview based on a national survey of 1,000 likely voters conducted by MWR Strategies April 6-13, 2012.
